Alan Jones moved to Dunsborough in 2005 building a home in a rural residential environment and became a founding member of JMW Real Estate. Alan’s wealth of real estate knowledge and expertise came about with dedication in the Perth property market over three decades which involved residential, commercial, industrial, city investment properties including marketing those categories overseas in the Asian Region and being awarded fellowships of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and the Society of Land and Economists.

Alan is a licensed agent, also a former licensed valuer (26 years) and has been a board member of various entities including The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, The Royal Automobile Club, Board of Valuers and the commercial Perth based firms of Raine and Horne International and FPD Savills where he was the former Principal Licensee employing 135 staff specialising in all categories of properties both in management and marketing.

Alan is known to be a stickler for detail, believes in the necessary professionalism required in the Real Estate industry and prides himself in servicing and communicating with clients and enquirers alike. Alan has marketed, sold and/or leased most categories of properties by various methods enabling him to best advise his clients on the necessary process to secure optimum results.
